The Rome Design Awards, hosted by the long-established awards association International Awards Associates (IAA), is one of its flagship competition systems. Originating from Italy's globally renowned design culture, the awards aim to recognize contemporary works that incorporate innovative thinking, elegant style, and timeless aesthetics, encouraging designers across all fields to strive to create visionary and exquisite creations, thereby having a profound and lasting positive impact on the future of the design industry.
針對賽事之於創想與藝術性的重視，洆果設計總監 劉笛榛 LIU TI CHEN 精心挑選家宅《Warmth│有度之暖》競逐獎次。在本案裡，設計師分別考量業主夫妻和兩名兒子、兩個世代不同的需求，在共享的公共區域中匯入中性調基底，私領域則依循個人喜好採用迥異色彩，滿足居者們各自對風格的講究；其中，餐廳於木質及格柵的一片溫潤內，選配跳脫暖色的黑灰馬賽克藝術磚，經過天然光影、屋內燈具的烘托照映，形塑遠觀近賞各具雅趣、豐富多變的精緻層次端景，讓公領域整體增添一抹藝文氣息。
Given the competition's emphasis on creativity and artistry, Design Director Liu Ti Chen of CHENG﹣GUO DESIGN has carefully selected the home "Warmth" to compete for the award. In this project, the designer considered the different needs of the owners, a married couple and their two sons, representing two generations. The shared public areas are based on a neutral color scheme, while the private areas adopt different colors according to individual preferences, satisfying the residents' individual style preferences. In particular, the dining room, within a warm atmosphere of wood and grilles, features black and gray mosaic art tiles that contrast with the warm colors. With the help of natural light and shadow and the lighting fixtures, it creates a refined and varied landscape that is elegant from afar and up close, adding an artistic touch to the overall public areas.
以上設計為家宅刻劃獨到的優美現代質感，除此之外，團隊另藉由串聯客、餐、廚三區的開放式格局規劃，改善原始格局陰暗促狹的案場缺陷，成就寬敞明亮的居住環境。從氛圍營造至機能動線，每處細節盡數貼合屋主所需，更與Rome Design Awards的著重美感的核心精神相契，因而抱回本屆比賽的「Gold」殊榮；臺灣室內設計界的亮眼創想，亦在此躍上國際舞臺中心！
The above design imbues the home with a unique and elegant modern feel. Furthermore, the team improved upon the original layout's dark and cramped conditions by connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas with an open-plan design, creating a spacious and bright living environment. From atmosphere to functional flow, every detail is tailored to the homeowner's needs and aligns perfectly with the Rome Design Awards' core spirit of emphasizing aesthetics, thus earning the "Gold" award at this year's competition. This brilliant innovation from Taiwan's interior design industry has also taken center stage on the international stage!

餐廳順應餐桌時有挪移使用的需求，鄰近牆面選用耐髒汙易清潔的馬賽克藝術磚，一旁餐邊櫃則以弧形收邊柔化量體銳角，內部線燈點亮底牆石紋及層板金屬反射細節，營造輕盈懸浮的觀感效果，織就細緻展示氛圍。
To accommodate the occasional need for tables to be moved, the restaurant features stain-resistant and easy-to-clean mosaic tiles on the adjacent walls. The sideboard next to it has rounded edges to soften its sharp angles, and internal linear lights illuminate the stone texture on the base wall and the metallic reflections on the shelves, creating a light and floating visual effect and weaving a refined display atmosphere.
客廳電視牆藉由淡色石材的左右陳貼配合牆面雙層設計，鋪敘質材向外延展的放大感受，輔搭下方銜接餐邊櫃的同色電視櫃，進一步蔓延色彩連續的水平軸線，使整體畫面更顯整潔開闊。
The living room TV wall uses light-colored stone to cover the left and right sides, combined with the double-layer design of the wall, to create a sense of expansion as the material extends outwards. It is complemented by a TV cabinet of the same color that connects to the sideboard below, which further extends the horizontal axis of color continuity, making the overall picture more clean and open.
表層拼貼深藍窯變磚的弧形中島柔潤傳統硬性的直線邊界，塑造廚房與客餐廳間的流暢過渡區；且溫暖的手作質地磚面延續至場域壁面高處，佐以前方俐落金屬層架，圍塑「暖而不膩、簡而不冷」的絕美冷暖對比。
The curved island, with its surface layer of deep blue kiln-fired bricks, softens the traditional hard straight lines, creating a smooth transition zone between the kitchen and the living and dining areas. The warm, handcrafted brick surface extends to the upper part of the walls, complemented by sleek metal shelves in front, creating a beautiful contrast between warm and cool tones that is "warm but not cloying, simple but not cold."
